Rental Requirements

Elite Homes Real Estate Management prides itself on complying with the equal and fair housing laws in regard to screening tenants for available properties. Here is a list of general requirements to use as a starting point to help determine your level of commitment and ability to proceed with the rental process. Expect to present necessary documentation upon interview for any available property. All applications subject to final approval by Elite Homes Real Estate Management and/or the respective property owner.

• $35.00 fee per adult applicant to perform background check
• Application for each adult occupant filled out completely
• Proof of Income (i.e. paystubs, bank statements)
• Employment Verification
• Rental History Verification
• 3 references
• Current driver’s license or comparable identification (i.e. state ID, passport, consular, residence card)
• Security Deposit
• Minimum First Month’s rent
• Ability to obtain proof of renter’s insurance
• Ability to contract all applicable utilities
